Artist's Statement (On Paintings):
I love painting the abstract. It’s a free experience that doesn’t require a technique. I don’t like to make art a stressful experience. Basically, I don’t plan. I drop water and let it flow where it wants. Then I splash paint into the runways. It will slowly shape into a form, and then a picture will appear. It’s like doing a past life regression, keep your mind out of the way and don’t try to make it into something. Give it time and eventually it will shape itself. Perhaps a teaching or a message from Spirit will emerge. It’s usually a healing or something I never thought of. Most of the paintings I am sharing have a story but it’s unnecessary. Enjoy them in this new moment and have your own experience. They are copyrighted in the Library of Congress, especially the dog photographs. No one has the right to do what they want with them. I have a lawyer. Please pay attention.
