Artistic Uprising was founded 14 years ago by an AULA BA student, Cindy Short, who saw a need for more arts programming on our campus. Quickly, a natural marriage was formed between Artistic Uprising and the Bridge Program. Not only was Art Up a way to celebrate the arts, it was a wonderful way to raise funds to support education equity. And still is! This year brings us a vital and unique way to engage online. We have added workshops, live performances, and continue to present a beautiful gallery of work. A percentage of all art for sale will go directly to Bridge.
